Post-consumer PET bottles, baled or loose, from collection and deposit schemes.

Bottle-to-flake production lives or dies on label, cap and glue removal. This line sequences de-baling, de-labeling, crushing, hot washing and drying so each stage removes one fraction cleanly.
PET is the most quality-sensitive plastic stream we build for. Residual glue, cap material and PVC labels all show up later as colour and IV problems in the finished flake.

Post-consumer PET bottles, baled or loose, from collection and deposit schemes.

Paper and film labels, glue residue, caps and rings, sand, organic residue and metal.

Flakes with labels, caps and residue removed, dried to the moisture your granulator or end user accepts.
Published washing-line series values. PET projects normally sit on WL-1000 and above so the hot-wash stage has enough dwell time.
| Model | Capacity (kg/h) | Water use (t/h) | Total power (kW) | Outlet moisture | Typical feed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| WL-500 | 500-800 | 3-5 | 80-120 | ≤2% | Small bottle collection |
| WL-1000 | 1,000-1,500 | 5-8 | 120-180 | ≤2% | Municipal bottle fractions |
| WL-2000 | 2,000-3,000 | 8-12 | 180-250 | ≤2% | Regional bottle recovery |
| WL-5000 | 3,000-5,000 | 12-20 | 250-300 | ≤2% | Large bottle-to-flake plants |
Flake quality targets such as residual moisture and label content are confirmed after a wash trial on your bales; figures beyond the published series are [To be confirmed].
De-labeling before crushing is what keeps glue out of the wash bath.
Bales are opened and metered at a steady rate.
Labels and sleeves are separated before the bottles are crushed.
PS-series crusher reduces bottles to flake size.
Heated wash liquor with dosing removes glue and organic residue.
Caps, rings and other PP/PE fractions float off; heavies sink.
Flakes are dewatered and dried to the target moisture.
Label removal, friction washing and dewatering are the three stages that decide flake quality.
For bottle-to-flake quality, yes. Removing labels before crushing keeps glue out of the wash water and off the flake surface.
The published series ranges from 3-5 t/h on WL-500 to 12-20 t/h on WL-5000, with a closed-loop water system including treatment.
Yes. Colour sorting is a separate stage; the washing line removes contamination, while colour and polymer sorting are configured to your target output.
Label and glue removal, wash temperature and dwell time, water quality, and the drying stage — all set during the material trial.
