Material fit
Plastic film, woven bags, jumbo bags, pipes, sheet, board, PET bottles, hard plastic and large lumps.

A single shaft shredder for plastic lumps, pipes, sheet, film bales and woven bags — the standard first stage before crushing and washing.
Used as the first stage of a recycling line, or standalone for volume reduction before transport, the D series takes bulky feed and delivers a consistent, conveyor-friendly output.

Plastic film, woven bags, jumbo bags, pipes, sheet, board, PET bottles, hard plastic and large lumps.

Alloy steel blades with a 3-6 month inspection interval, replaceable screen, and configurable rotor gap.

Output size set by screen choice; the shredded material feeds a crusher or washer downstream.
Values as published for the D series. Larger feed openings and custom rotor gaps are available on request.
| Model | Type | Power | Rotor diameter | Feed opening | Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| D-600 | Single shaft | 22 kW | Ø300 | 500×400 mm | 300-500 kg/h |
| D-800 | Single shaft | 37 kW | Ø350 | 600×500 mm | 500-800 kg/h |
| D-1000 | Single shaft | 45 kW | Ø400 | 800×600 mm | 800-1,200 kg/h |
| D-1200 | Single shaft | 55 kW | Ø450 | 1,000×800 mm | 1,000-1,500 kg/h |
Published figures. Capacity depends on material bulk density, feed size and screen selection.
A rotating rotor with replaceable blades works against a fixed counter-blade, with a screen controlling output size.
Material is loaded by conveyor, grab or hopper.
Rotor blades shear material against the counter-blade.
Material stays in the chamber until it passes the screen.
Shredded output leaves by conveyor or directly into the next stage.
Most D-series units are followed by a crusher or a washing line.
Single shaft machines give a more consistent output size and are common before washing; double shaft machines take bulkier, more mixed feed at higher throughput.
Output is set by the screen; changing the screen changes the particle size. The right screen depends on what comes next in your line.
For volume reduction before transport, yes. For washing or granulation you normally need a crusher downstream to reach the required size.
Blades are inspected every 3-6 months depending on material; blade grinding and replacement are supported as part of after-sales service.
