Material fit
Baled film, jumbo bags, pipe bundles, pallets, crates, drums and mixed plastic waste.

Two counter-rotating shafts tear bulky, mixed and contaminated plastic waste at low speed and high torque — the right first stage when feed is unpredictable.
Where a single shaft machine would jam on tramp material or oversized lumps, the double shaft configuration keeps material moving and tolerates a wider feed range.

Baled film, jumbo bags, pipe bundles, pallets, crates, drums and mixed plastic waste.

Low-speed high-torque drive, hooked blade geometry and a hardened cutting chamber.

Coarse, uniform shred that feeds a crusher, washer or granulator.
Values as published. Other configurations, including wider chambers and custom blade geometry, are quoted per project.
| Model | Type | Power | Rotor diameter | Feed opening | Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SZ-800 | Double shaft | 30×2 kW | Ø300 | 800×600 mm | 800-1,500 kg/h |
| SZ-1200 | Double shaft | 45×2 kW | Ø350 | 1,000×800 mm | 1,500-2,500 kg/h |
| SZ-1500 | Double shaft | 55×2 kW | Ø400 | 1,200×900 mm | 2,000-3,500 kg/h |
Published figures. Throughput depends on bulk density, feed size and the output size required.
Slow rotation, high torque, and a tearing action rather than a cutting one.
Bulk feed is loaded by grab, conveyor or hopper.
Counter-rotating hooked blades tear material apart.
Oversize pieces stay in the chamber until small enough to pass.
Coarse shred discharges to the next stage.
Pair with a crusher when a finer, washable particle size is needed.
Choose double shaft when feed is bulky, mixed or likely to contain tramp material, or when throughput requirement is high. Single shaft is better for a consistent, finer output.
It tolerates more tramp material than a single shaft machine, but metal removal is still recommended to protect blades and downstream equipment.
The published models run from 800-1,500 kg/h on SZ-800 up to 2,000-3,500 kg/h on SZ-1500.
Not on its own. A crusher downstream brings the material to the size a washing line needs.
